VehicleHistoryResources.com Launches Full Suite Of Social Media Channels
Houston, TX (PRWEB) June 20, 2014 -- VehicleHistoryResources.com has launched multiple social media channels to help people connect with consumers and keep them up to date, the company announced yesterday.
“We are still in the middle of our launch process,” a VehicleHistoryResources.com spokesman said. “Our website is up and running. We then optimized it for most mobile devices. Once those two phases of the launch were tested live, creating a presence on social media was the next logical move for us. It's what people expect in this day and age.”
VehicleHistoryResources.com now has a presence on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. They have also launched a company blog.
“We will use these resources to let people know what's going on at our company,” he said. “They will also be used to give people a greater insight into the used car market and learn how to avoid the most common type of used car scams. Both of those elements should prove valuable to consumers.”
VehicleHistoryResources.com will also use the social media channels as additional communication points with consumers, he said.
“In 2014, many consumers are much more comfortable communicating with a company through social media than through traditional contact points,” he said. “This will give us new ways to hear about questions, concerns and complaints from consumers and respond to them to sort out any issues that arise.”
Customer service staff members will monitor comments on the social media sites and get back to consumers as quickly as possible, he said.
“It's a way for us to have an ongoing dialogue with our customers,” he said.
