Vietnamvisa.org Introduces a New Visa Application Form
(PRWEB) March 25, 2015 -- Vietnamvisa.org is a commercial website operated by Smile Travel Vietnam JSC. The website has introduced a new visa application form. This aims to help clients book a visa in the simplest and fastest way.
Firstly, people must fill in the application form with the correct details such as a full name, date of birth, passport number and arrival date. Secondly, applicants must process their payments online. Alternatively, they can choose to pay later.
It often takes 2 working days to get a visa letter. In urgent cases, clients are advised to use urgent services. Indeed, they are able to get visas within 2 hours, 4 hours, or 1 working day.
After receiving the visa approval letter, clients are required to print it out and prepare at least 2 photos in passport size. Applicants are required to pay 2 types of fees including a service fee and stamping fee. The service fee is the one they pay online to get their visa approval letter. The stamping fee is collected by the Immigration Officers and compulsory for all those who use visa on arrival method.
Noticeably, Indian passport holders are required to pay an extra 30 USD. Chinese passport holders cannot use visa on arrival if they have a direct flight from China to Vietnam. All applicants can enter Vietnam through 3 international airports: Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Noi Bai (Hanoi Capital), and Danang (Danang City). Passport must be valid at least 6 months from arrival date.
Visa On Arrival (VOA) service is a fast and convenient service, highly recommended by Tripadvisor and Lonelyplanet users.
