Waldorf College Launches New Master's Degree Program
Forest City, IA (PRWEB) August 20, 2014 -- In a historic announcement today, Waldorf College President Bob Alsop unveiled the launch of the school's first master’s degree program.
The 36-hour organizational leadership online degree program will teach students how to understand their talents and opportunities for leadership as they build skills in ethics, strategic management, leadership theory and practice and more.
“The Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership was carefully designed to meet the needs of our students as well as the needs of business and industry. I am very proud of this program and know it will serve our students well," said Alsop, adding that the program is now open for enrollment.
The master’s degree program in organizational leadership also features concentrations in:
- Criminal Justice Leadership
- Fire/Rescue Executive Leadership
- Human Resource Development
- Sport Management
These concentrations are designed to develop students’ leadership skills in the areas listed while equipping them with knowledge to craft organizational change, development and innovations.
