Walker Invented for Children - Designed by InventHelp Client (LFY-453)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) December 30, 2013 -- "My grandson was just learning to walk.and he kept falling and hurting himself," said an inventor from Lake Charles, La. "I came up with a way to protect and help him as he learned to take his first steps."
She developed the Space Walker to protect and support a child while he or she learns to walk. The unit helps the child to stay balanced to keep from falling. It also is usable as a rehabilitation aid for children who are recovering from a surgery or injury to the lower extremities so that they can relearn how to walk.
The device provides added peace of mind to parents and caregivers. The accessory is usable as a flotation device when the child is in the water. Additionally, it enables a parent caregiver to control how far the child goes in the water.
The original design was submitted to the Lafayette office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
