WIMCO Launches Catered Picnic Beach Lunch On St Barths
Saint Barthelemy, French West Indies islands (PRWEB) December 01, 2017 -- Need a foot-in-sand lunch on the beach option this winter? WIMCO Villas announces the launch of a catered beach lunch service on St Barths. The leading villa rental and concierge company on St. Barths is partnering with Le Barthelemy Hotel, which won Top Hotel Opening in the Caribbean in 2016 by Luxury Travel Advisor to launch this exciting new service.
WIMCO clients can now order lunch in advance at any beach of their choosing*. Its concierge team arrives ahead of time to assemble beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a gourmet meal.
“Our clients told us they wanted a relaxed foot-in-the-sand experience, without the formality of a restaurant, and without the hassle of hauling chairs and coolers, and we delivered,” said WIMCO President Stiles Bennet.
Clients can choose from a variety of lunch options: quinoa and prawns, smoked salmon, or classics like Caeser salads and club sandwiches. For 60 Euros per person, the lunch on the beach option includes a three-course meal, bottled water, beach umbrella and set-up, sunscreen and and to make sure you get the right tunes – a Bluetooth speaker . Of course a selection of chilled wines is de rigeur at a la carte pricing. Once finished, clients simply text their WIMCO concierge to have everything picked up. Michelin-starred executive chef William Girard of Le Barthelemy’s Aux Amis designed the menu. The hotel is in the midst of repairing its guest rooms after September’s storms, however its culinary team is in place. “This partnership with WIMCO allows us to keep our fine culinary staff on island even while we don’t have hotel clients, and introduces more people to the fine dining experience at Aux Amis”, said Marc Dobbels, General Manager of the hotel.
